Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

• All reservations must be submitted through our website or official City Event Rides communication channels.

• Reservations are subject to review and availability.

• A confirmation message will be sent once your booking details have been reviewed and accepted.

• Pricing may vary based on distance, group size, vehicle type, service date, wait time, and scheduling requirements.
   

 

2. Payments

• A 10% reservation fee (deposit) is required to secure your booking.

• The reservation fee confirms vehicle and driver availability.

• Full payment details, including remaining balance and due dates, will be provided in your booking confirmation.

• Failure to complete payment as required may result in cancellation without refund.
   

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations more than 60 days before the scheduled event:
  The 10% reservation fee is refundable.
   

• Cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled event:
  The 10% reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
   

• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service:
  Due to peak event demand, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds may be issued.
   

• Last-minute changes:
  We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes; however, requests made close to service time may not be possible due to traffic restrictions, scheduling constraints, or vehicle availability.
   

• Additional refund requests:
  Any refund requests outside the reservation fee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
   

 

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.

• Delays caused by passengers may affect pickup, return, or drop-off schedules and do not qualify for refunds.

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. City Event Rides is not liable for lost or unattended items.
   

 

5. Damage Waiver

By booking a service with City Event Rides, the lead passenger agrees to this Damage Waiver on behalf of all members of their group.

• The booking party is fully responsible for the conduct of all passengers.

• Any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to interior or exterior damage, excessive spills, stains, trash, or biohazard cleaning, may result in additional charges.

• Normal wear and tear is excluded.

• City Event Rides reserves the right to charge repair or cleaning costs to the payment method on file.

• Drivers may terminate service immediately if passenger behavior poses a safety risk or causes damage to the vehicle. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
   

 

6. Driver and Vehicle Policies

• City Event Rides reserves the right to change drivers or vehicles when necessary for safety, operational, or logistical reasons.

• All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to meet safety standards.

• Vehicle assignments are based on availability and operational requirements.
   

 

7. Safety Rules

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

• Smoking, vaping, and open alcohol consumption are not permitted inside vehicles unless explicitly approved in writing.

• Drivers reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior poses a safety risk.
   

 

8. Event Traffic and Delays

Large-scale events, including the World Cup, may result in heavy traffic, road closures, and security restrictions. While City Event Rides makes every effort to remain on schedule, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including city regulations and event operations.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

City Event Rides is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or losses caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, weather conditions, city or venue restrictions, customs delays, or personal items left in vehicles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Event Rides’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

 

10. Agreement

By booking and using City Event Rides services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.
